Vidyadhar Bommeri
Project Engineer
Vidyadhar Bommeri works with B+AC as a project engineer and team lead for the Hyderabad team in India. He joined B+AC in 2021 after completing his master's in structural engineering from the National Institute of Technology Raipur, India. He has primarily worked on US-based projects while also contributing to projects in India. Vidyadhar ensures effective collaboration, quality assurance, high-quality work, timely project delivery, and effective CA processes. In his free time, Vidyadhar enjoys going on bike rides and exploring new places.
Balram Chamaria
President | Principal
Balram Chamaria’s focus on service to client needs through elegant solutions and financial efficiency continues to be the central tenet of his leadership of B+AC. His deft steering permits accommodation for such needs while also respecting the laws of society, science, engineering and ethics. Before founding B+AC in 2014, Mr. Chamaria spent many years with numerous respected, international consulting powerhouses, amassing a broad, still-growing portfolio. The resulting accumulated proficiency has been a springboard for innovative elegance and client satisfaction.
Shilpa Ghadi
Structural Draughtsperson
Shilpa Ghadi joins us as a Structural Draughtsperson in the Mumbai office. She completed her ITI from Mumbai ITI-11 in 2013 and also holds an NCVT certification from Mumbai. During her academic studies she gained hands-on experience working with both residential and commercial building projects. Having over 7 years of experience as a draughtsperson, she has developed a strong expertise in structural drafting and is highly proficient in various drafting techniques. Her extensive experience has equipped her with a deep understanding of structural detailing and project requirements. Outside of work, she enjoys painting and reading, which reflect her creative and thoughtful approach to both her professional and personal life.
Kishori Jain
Executive Assistant & HR Manager
Kishori joins us as Executive Assistant & HR Manager in the Mumbai office, bringing eight years of experience in HR and administration. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from EIILM University, Sikkim, and a diploma in administrative services from S.N.D.T University, Mumbai. Her background includes working with both IT software and hardware companies, providing her with broad industry insights. Kishori has extensive experience in recruitment, office management, and administrative support, complemented by strong organizational and analytical skills. Outside of work, she is a nature enthusiast, avid trekker, and yoga practitioner of six years.
Faisal Kadiwala
Design Engineer
Faisal Kadiwala is a motivated Civil Engineer with approximately 4 years of experience specializing in structural design and detailing. Highly skilled in using industry-standard software, he has a proven track record in managing and executing complex projects such as high-rise residential buildings, railway station redevelopments, and large-scale infrastructure endeavors. At Sterling Engineering Consultancy Pvt. Ltd., he played a key role in notable projects including both the 250-meter Srias in Hyderabad and the 218-meter Dadar Celesta in Mumbai. His expertise encompasses a range of structural elements in compliance with Indian standards and codes. Additionally, his hands-on site engineering experience with Lavit Enterprises includes overseeing field activities and technical documentation for a major water treatment plant project by L&T.
Ather Khan
Project Engineer
Mr. Khan works with B+AC as a project engineer and team lead. Prior to joining B+AC, Mr. Khan spent time with several well-known international design firms in the Middle East and south Asia. His time was devoted to aspects of numerous mega-projects in infrastructure, residential, health care, universities, and airports. Later, while serving as project engineer in the greater New York City for several years, he designed and completed numerous multi-unit residential projects—principally wood frame but also steel frame and podium construction. A very strong and experienced engineer, Mr. Khan leads project design and CA for many of B+AC’s undertakings.
Nutsu Marina
Project Engineer
The foundation of Nutsu Maria’s career began as a teenager working in construction with his family. After five years’ experience in building, he redirected his focus toward engineering studies at the Moscow University of Environmental Engineering. Now settled in the United States, Nutsu has been an engineer for ten years and has spent considerable time teaching structural engineering as well. He has strong intuitive people-skills and a sensible, measured demeanor to compliment a very thorough approach to his work. And when he’s not laboring over drawings and code, he can found hiking in the wild areas of New England.
Rupesh Maurya
Design Engineer
Rupesh joined B+AC as a Graduate Engineer and holds a master’s degree in structural engineering from Mumbai University. With over 2.5 years of experience, he has worked on various residential projects and data centers. His notable contributions include the analysis and design of the Pearl Data Center and the peer review of the DN Nagar residential building. Outside of work, Rupesh enjoys learning new things and exploring new places.
Dhavel Mehta
Senior Associate
Dhaval Mehta is a Structural Engineer with a master’s degree from a prestigious US university, combining extensive technical expertise with practical insight. With over 12 years of experience, he has a comprehensive background in designing a diverse range of structures including residential, industrial, commercial, data centers, airports, underground metro stations, high-rise buildings, and schools. His experience spans from initial concept development through detailed design, and he has hands-on site experience that enhances his understanding and application of engineering principles.
Utsav Mevada
Graduate Engineer
Utsav is a Graduate Structural Engineer based in our Ahmedabad office. He completed his master’s degree at CEPT University, Ahmedabad, and his bachelor’s degree at PDEU, Gandhinagar. During his academic tenure, he worked on a variety of projects, including both residential buildings and industrial structures. Notably, he conducted a comparative study on the use of rigid versus semi-rigid diaphragms in residential buildings, analyzing their impact on overall building performance. Utsav has a strong interest in the design of RCC structures and high-rise buildings where he applies his academic insights and enthusiasm for structural engineering.
Anthony Padovano
Project Engineer
Anthony Padovano joined B+AC as a Project Engineer in 2015. Previously, Mr. Padovano had spent time in the realm of mechanical engineering as well as structural engineering, and had also worked with property managers and developers in the New England area. Anthony also volunteered in New Orleans, LA, rebuilding houses with Rebuilding Together for the victims of Hurricane Katrina. This range of experiences has given him access to several of the multiple perspectives that simultaneously co-exist on a single project. Able to wear-the-shoes-of-others, lends insight to his problem solving and design work. Anthony has also spent time spent time with construction firms in the roles of Project Manager, Project Supervisor, and Engineer.
Madhav Reddy
Graduate Structural Engineer
Madhav Reddy is a Structural Engineer graduated from National Institute of Technology Raipur, India. He joined B+AC as a Graduate structural engineer fresher. He showed his academic ability by achieving a remarkable 97 percentile in the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) in 2018 for civil engineering. He has a strong foundation in both structural analysis and structural design. Currently he is actively involved in projects spanning both India and the United States, showcasing his versatility and adaptability to diverse structural engineering requirements.
Pawat Rithipreedanant
Project Engineer
Pawat Rithipreedanant is an exceptional young engineer who joined the B+AC ranks in 2020. With strong software skills in a number of drafting platforms, and languages, and analysis tools, Mr. Rithipreedanant brings a balanced blend of creative problem-solving skills and efficient and expeditious productivity. With colleagues and clients alike, he is a strong communicator, both linguistically and through the drawings alike. His capacity to capture complex big-pictures with concise and manageable order is beneficial to all who team with him. Already his body of work reflects a range of work from private to public, large to small scales, and with a range of materials including mass timber.
Steve Setterlun
Director of Operations and Projects
Steve Setterlun has been the Director of Operations and projects at B+AC since 2018. Current responsibilities include efforts to improve internal efficiency and standardization, review of external facing communications, integration of design with field viability, and equipping the B+AC team with the tools needed for high quality service. Previously, technical and project management skills were applied to custom fabrication for both the entertainment and technology industries for 23 years—working on telescopes that sit at the South pole, eleven Broadway productions, and more than 800 projects in between.
Meet Shah
Graduate Engineer
Meet earned his master’s degree from CEPT University in Ahmedabad and his bachelor’s degree from Thakur College of Engineering and Technology in Mumbai. During his academic career, he worked on a range of projects, including residential buildings, industrial structures, and bridges. A notable highlight of his work was demonstrating the essential role of shear walls in addressing torsional irregularities in L-shaped buildings located in Zone 5—particularly those without expansion joints. His primary interest is in the design of RCC structures and high-rise buildings. Outside of work, Meet enjoys playing cricket and table tennis, as well as listening to music.
Ronak Shah
Associate Director
Ronak Shah is a passionate structural engineer with experience of 8+ years in the analysis and design of RCC / special structures. He has completed his masters from BITS Pilani. To date, he has worked with MNC firms such as Buro Happold and Arup in his career. He has great command of coordination between disciplines and proposing various cost-effective solutions for any coordination related issues. He has worked on a wide range of projects including: residential buildings, commercial buildings, schools and colleges and more. He has a thorough knowledge of Indian as well as internal codes to be put in the best practices for technically correct solutions. He has also worked on numerous iconic structures including a tensile roof for a shading structure in a zoo. Ronak leads the recently opened office in Ahmedabad.
Sameer Shah

Sameer Shah is a Chartered Structural Engineer with extensive experience of +25 years leading structural engineering teams and developing structural concepts for projects ranging from hospital, hotels, commercial / retail, and tall residential buildings. He also holds a license to certify buildings of unlimited heights in Mumbai.
Rahil Shaikh
BIM Lead
Rahil is a Civil Engineer with specialized expertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM), particularly during the design and planning stages. With over four years of experience, he has worked on a diverse range of projects, including residential, industrial, commercial, retail, leisure, mixed-use developments, high-rise towers, and hospitals. His proficiency with Revit software enhances his ability to deliver detailed and accurate designs. Shaikh's deep understanding of BIM processes and tools enables him to effectively integrate complex design elements and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success.
Akshay Thakar
Structural Engineer
Akshay is a Structural Engineer in the Mumbai office, having completed his bachelor's degree from the University of Mumbai in 2020. During his academic tenure, he conducted a comparative study of high-rise and low-rise buildings, analyzing various scenarios related to soil types and seismic zones in accordance with Indian codes. He has gained valuable experience working on RCC tall buildings at previous firms and also has a background in site engineering, having worked for a local contractor on municipal construction projects. His primary interest is in designing RCC structures. Outside of work Akshay enjoys playing cricket and exploring new places through travel.
