The project aimed to improve athletic infrastructure at McGuirk Stadium itself and with its ancillary facilities. A new dome covered football field, new support facilities, new digital scoreboards, ADA improvement to the main stadium, additional spectator amenities, and improved drainage infrastructure all factored into this project. Structural scope included condition assessment, design of new structural elements, below grade runoff holding tank, drawing and CA services. Ch149A. 120,000 sq ft.
