Project information

The University of Massachusetts-Amherst is adding a new computer science lab adjacent to the existing Manning CICS building to create a unified campus. The addition will be a multi-story building approaching 110k sq ft. with CM at risk (CH149A) delivery of construction. Incorporation of mass timber is central priority for the client, as is considerable collaboration with selected vendors in development of design solutions.
