Project information

A state-owned courthouse built in 1933. It is a reinforced-masonry, wood, and metal frame structure of 42,000 sq ft on three levels. Addressing the facility's most pressing physical needs, the scope of this house doctor project includes assessments for rooftop dunnage relating to MEP modifications, roof replacement, window replacement, parapet support, addressing a lintel of concern on the north side, cupula condition, and two walls being modified for a detention area.
