Expansion of the existing Hybrid Lab (sensor production facility) located in Building 2, Walpole, MA. The gut renovation of unoccupied adjacent space accommodates a Class 10,000 cleanroom facility accessed from the existing Hybrid Lab. Both spaces are single-story construction and will accommodate new mechanical equipment on the existing rooftop dunnage. Structural scope includes reinforcement of existing dunnage and analysis of elements affected by new equipment.
