Project information

This current project completes renovation and fit-up of the second floor of the building for lab and office use. The newly fit-out lab focuses on advancing cancer research through cellular engineering. The building itself is a pair of two steel-framed, 2-story buildings totaling 37,440 sq ft. Rooftop utility support units required supplemental reinforcement without disrupting existing functional facility.
