This MassArt project is entering the design phase to replace the high-rise curtain wall of an existing 300,000 sq ft high rise. Principal infrastructure upgrades include replacement of HVAC and plumbing systems. A DCAMM project, it is phased to accommodate continuous occupancy during construction, and work will extend to include ADA/code compliance upgrades. B+AC will share the structural scope with another firm.
