Project information

The City of Boston has built a permanent Engagement Center to replace several temporary structures located at “Mass & Cass”. The grant funded project creates a space for individuals to begin or continue engagement with multiple municipal services, provide a safe daytime space for individuals, address sidewalk congestion, and offer Boston police officers and outreach workers a place to guide individuals who are in need of support. Design relies heavily on mass timber construction.
