Project information

The City of Beverly is embarking on a plan to renovate and add to the existing City Hall building that was originally built in 1785 and most recently renovated during 1933-34. The adjacent 1938 police station addition is slated to be demolished. The current program envisions an improved facility to meet the operational needs of a 21st century city government. As such the project will include renovation of about 21,000 sq ft space and a small (5,000 sq ft) addition.
