Lab, offices, and GMP facility fit-out of a 1960’s era base building. Phased work included review of the existing conditions and code review, plaza addition and upgrades, installation of new monumental stairs, office tenant fit-out, 75,000 sq ft lab fit-up, structural support for HVAC system, GMP facility, 1st floor lab fit-out for expansion.
