Project information

2Life Communities has developed a plan for 68 units of senior residences. A multi-purpose community room and similar amenities plus offices and operational spaces will be found within the completed 71,000 sq ft, on three floors. Without a basement, there is, rather, a traditional slab-on-grade foundation first floor and principally wood framed construction. Two structured canopies are anticipated with rooftop capacities designed for solar panels. The project will be a 40B certified passive house.
