Project information

Adding two floors of living space on top of an existing retail store. The new floors are approximately 2,000 sq ft each and existing first floor is about 2,600 sq ft. The intent is to create 8 micro units. Work included a review of existing conditions and the preparation of structural drawings and specifications. The structure designed is to be able to support one potentially additional level in the future.
