Just-A-Start Corporation renovated this 1873 constructed building in East Cambridge neighborhood to add to affordable housing supply. Youth-Build students collaborated for significant portions of construction. The project featured a gut renovation of and an addition to the existing wood framed two story building with a basement. Tight plot boundaries, property closely nestled with neighboring properties. Existing condition review, analysis, design and CA services.
